Performance Intensive Training Programs are designed for the all around athletics of cheerleading.
We've brought in some HIIT coaches and they have developed programs that will help our athletes reach their full potential!

The PCG PIT (Performance Intensive Training) Program features classes designed by high performance coaches and personal trainers. Classes will focus on the core fundamentals that will engage our athletes to become the best possible athlete they can be.
Programs will focus on Strength Training, Athlete Conditioning, Flexibility and Mobility (for flyers) and a Stunt & Base program that will allow for stunt groups to come in and work 1 on 1 with a coach.
