1 on 1 Athlete Coach Experience
Tumbling is vital part of competitive cheerleading. There are two very equally important components of tumbling: standing and running.

We currently offer 1 on 1 Private Lessons (unless specified) to help our athletes achieve their goals in a fun and supportive environment. Most of our instructors have flexible schedules, scroll down to see what instructors are available for your family. All PCG athletes are encouraged and welcome to start taking lessons with their favourite instructors at the Power Cheer Gym.
The conditioning/warm up portion of their class is not fully supervised. The tumbling coach will be keeping their eye on the conditioning corner to make sure their athlete is performing the conditioning correctly. Athletes are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to their lesson so they can get a good warm up in before their lesson begins.
Note: Some instructors do offer 45 minute lessons on weekends.
